Boat Lifestyle brand plans to raise about 3000-35000 crore through an initial public offering (IPO) at the valuation of Rs 11000 crore (1.5 billion). The DRHP will be filled in the next few months and the IPO is expected by 2022. The company has generated Rs 700 Cr in revenue for FY20.
