Tatva Chintan Pharma was incorporated in 1996 and commenced the manufacturing of pharmaceutical chemicals.
1996- The company was incorporated on 12 June 1996.
2004- They received licenses from manufacturers for the sale of certain drugs from the food and drugs control Administration.
2007- In 2007, The company expanded the manufacturing installed capacity of the Ankleshwar plant.
2011- Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem started commercial manufacturing of (SDAs) Structure directing agents.
2013- The company FY 2013 turnover reached Rs 500 million rupees.
2015- Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Ltd, FY 2015 attained a turnover of Rs 1 billion and the same year its incorporation of Tatva Chintan USA Inc. wholly owned subsidiary of their company.
2017- Another manufacturing facility set up by Tatva Chintan Chem Pharma at Dahej, Gujrat
2018- In 2018, the company established their fully equipped R&D Facility in Vadodara, Gujarat.

2020- In 2020, they converted the Ankleshwar manufacturing facility to a Zero Liquid effluent discharge facility and in this year Company achieved total revenue of Rs 2 billion.

IPO Review
The company plans to raise Rs 500 Cr, offers fresh issue shares worth Rs 225 Cr and an offer for sale of Rs 275 Cr by promotors including Ajay Kumar Mansukhlal Patel, Chintan Nitinkumar Shah, and Shekhar Rasiklal Somani. The price band of the share has been fixed at Rs 1073 to Rs 1083 per equity share. The IPO opens on July 16 and closes on July 20, 2021. Tatva Chintan Chem Pharma shares traded at a 60% premium at Gray market as the IPO opened.
Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem’s Rs 500-crore IPO will finalise the basis of allotment on 26 July 2021. Its IPO has 180.36 times subscription, becoming the second-most subscribed IPO of the calendar year 2021. That resulted in a price of Rs 1,703-1,773 per share, a premium of 57-63 % over a higher issue price of Rs 1,083.
